The booking process was quick and easy, and my questions via email were answered promptly and well. On the day, getting the robe was quick (which I was grateful for because I was wary of the time) and they put it on for you so you didn't have to figure anything out. I was lucky to be given a clothes pin to hold the robe in place because it turned out that not everybody got a pin. So be sure to ask for one. Very good service.

I was very pleased with the system that was in place on the day of the ceremony. The staff were very very helpful and ensured that I had the correct size of hat to fit me. It is a nice personal touch. Thank you for contributing to a very happy and joyful occasion.

Very simple, straightforward and easy to use. I arrived at my graduation and robes were handed to me within minutes. A lovely lady helped me to get them fitted and even ensured my hair was in place underneath my cap. Very satisfied.
