It was very easy to order the robe and collection was very smooth and made all the better with the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff. Overall very professional and the staff on the day were very enthusiastic and helpful. My only complaint was I was told I had three extra tickets but on collection there was only two I had my two kids me so I could not pick one to in to the ceremony and leave one outside so I ended up leaving both of them to watch it on the screen in the common room.
