Overall very easy to order and really nice, helpful staff but I was told that they didn’t have the best size to fit me having given my height in the order. At the booking, I had at first an issue, because I would have still a full day until due time, but it wasn't working. It was already the "over due time" text in, so I wrote a mail. At this stage, I was a bit angry, but it changed, because they fixed it fas. Because of my Job and other College course I am taking now, I came a bit later than suggested, but still in time and the staff was very friendly and could also calm me down.
